Arkeon (arkeon.bio) is a biotech startup that converts CO2 directly into protein ingredients. The company’s approach is the only fermentation technology worldwide capable of producing all 20 proteinogenic amino acids. Using microbial gas fermentation and enzyme technology, Arkeon can produce fully customizable mixtures of amino acids and peptides that can be used as highly functional ingredients.
