Directions from Schiphol Airport (by train)
Most international visitors arrive at Schiphol Airport (Amsterdam). Follow the signs from the Schiphol Arrival Hall to the Railway Station: ‘to the trains’. In order to travel with the train and bus, we advise you to buy a ov-chipkaart at Schiphol service points. Please visit ov chipkaart to find out how to buy an anonymous or a personalized ov card. Learn more about the NS Ticket Machines.
Trains depart from Schiphol Airport to Ede-Wageningen every 30 minutes. Take the intercity train in the direction of Nijmegen. Your final stop is Ede-Wageningen. You sometimes have to change trains at Utrecht station and take another train in the direction of Arnhem/Nijmegen. Travel time from Schiphol to Ede-Wageningen is approximately 60 to 75 minutes.
At the Ede-Wageningen railway station, take either a bus or taxi.
You can also take bus no. 88 to Wageningen Bus station. To get to the campus get out at the bus stop ‘Campus/Atlas’. You can also take bus 84 and get off at bus stop ‘Campus/Forum’. You can pay with the OV-chipkaart that you bought at Schiphol airport. Without an OV chipkaart you can only buy a bus ticket with a Dutch Bank card or visa master card. More information about the OV-Chipcard is available online. From both bus stops, it is about 2 minutes walking to the location: the Orion building.
