Dr Anna El Tahchy is a key innovator in Agriculture and Food, experienced in lipid engineering with a background in food chemistry. During her time at CSIRO, Anna demonstrated success in leading complex and commercially driven R&D and creating new concepts for novel food ingredients engineering and production. This includes managing multimillion and multisite projects all the way to commercial impacts.
As Chief Technical Officer at Nourish Ingredients, Anna has led the creation of two innovative product lines and their global B2B commercialisation to meet the needs of Nourish customers and their consumers. Nourish Ingredients is a deep tech company leading in animal-free fats and precision fermentation.
