From 8 May until 19 June the platform allows participants to

P Find, connect & schedule 1-on-1 meetings at one of the designated network tables at the venue, or online via a virtual meeting room
P  Check the program and mark favorites*
P  View the floorplan and visit the virtual expo
P  Watch the live broadcasts (sessions on stage 1, 2 and 3)
P  Play back recordings after the summit
P  Collect your badge at the venue with the QR code

You can favourite sessions. However, seating is regulated on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors will be closed when all seats are taken and when the session has started. We recommend you to go to session rooms well in advance.

HOW TO SIGN IN

You can download Networkapp to your phone (recommended for in-person participants) or use the webbased version (recommended for online participants). Please be aware that Internet Explorer is not supported. You can register via Linkedin or Email. You need to add your personal activation code, which was sent to you by email.

Directions from Schiphol Airport (by train)
By Train

Trains depart from Schiphol Airport to Ede-Wageningen every 30 minutes. Take the intercity train in the direction of Nijmegen. Your final stop is Ede-Wageningen.  Sometimes you have to change trains at Utrecht station and take another train in the direction of Arnhem/Nijmegen. Travel time from Schiphol to Ede-Wageningen is about 60 to 75 minutes.

By Bus

At the Ede-Wageningen railway station, take either a bus or taxi.
You can take bus no. 303 to Wageningen / Wageningen Bus station. Get out at bus stop ‘Campus/Atlas’.  From here, it’s about 5 minutes walking to the event venue: Omnia. You can pay with the OV-chipkaart that you bought at Schiphol airport. Without an OV chipkaart you can only buy a bus ticket with a Dutch Bank card or visa master card. More information about the OV-Chipcard is available online.

Please note that taxis are expensive. A taxi from Ede-Wageningen railway station to Wageningen Campus costs approximately €30. For your convenience, we name a few potential taxi companies in the area. We don’t have deals with them.

Car parking

The campus provides ample free parking within walking distance of Omnia (7-10 minutes walking).
Adjacent to the summit venue, a few parking spaces are reserved for people with disabilities.

Accommodation

Attention!  May is a busy events period in Wageningen. Since there are not many hotels in the immediate vicinity of the campus, it’s wise to book your hotel room as early as possible.

Another option is Hotel the Wageningsche Berg.

The combination of a 4-star hotel with all modern business facilities and a beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking the Nederrijn river, the floodplains and the Betuwe will ensure a comfortable stay.

The Wageningsche Berg is only a 7-minute car drive from Wageningen Campus. Free shuttle service is provided by F&A Next.

No, we don’t have single-day passes. 

No, you cannot share your delegate pass with other people. A delegate pass can only be used by the same person for the entirety of the summit.

A few days prior to the email you’ll receive a (reminder) email that contains a QR code that you can use for picking up your badge at the summit venue. The QR code is also availabe in our digital event platform: Networkapp.

No. Prior to the summit we will send you an email with a personal QR-code that will provide you access to the summit. The qr code will also be available in the networkapp. 

F&A Next makes use of Networkapp. On or after 10 May, participants receive an email from Networkapp with the subject “Activate Your F&A Next 2023 profile and start connecting”. If you did not receive this email, check you spam folder first.

For cancellations received until one month prior to the summit, a refund of 50% will be made.

No refund will be made for cancellations received less than one month prior to the summit, or in case of no-show.

Absolutely. A substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide us the name, the title and contact details of the substitute delegate at least 7 days prior to the summit.
