An Michiels is an internationally recognised AgTech innovation leader and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of global experience across the agriculture and food sectors. She has built international innovation teams, led multiple due diligence evaluations for investments and acquisitions, established strategic partnerships, and developed commercialisation and licensing strategies.
An has held global leadership and director-level roles with leading international organisations, including Bayer Crop Science, Limagrain, and Syngenta. Her expertise spans seeds, biologicals, traits, automation, and digital agriculture.
Currently, she serves as a board member and advisor to start-ups and scale-ups, supporting fundraising, scaling and growth, strategic partnerships, and commercial development.
