Valérie Itey is the Founder & CEO of CLIC RECYCLE, a climate-tech company that transforms human hair waste into circular, bio-based solutions for agriculture, marine protection, and sustainable design. She leads the development of patented biodegradable mulch and decontamination systems that reduce water use, eliminate pesticides, and contribute to soil and ocean regeneration. With over 25 years of experience in technology, international business, and innovation, she has held leadership roles at companies such as Orange, Gemalto (now part of Thales), and Universal McCann. Valérie holds an INSEEC MSc & MBA in International Relations and Trade, with complementary executive studies at Copenhagen Business School and Fordham University.
