His experience spans celebrated three Michelin starred establishments in Paris (such as “Le Grand Véfour”, “Laserre” and Pierre Garnier) to consulting for leading food producers, publishing award-winning cookbooks, and spearheading international gastronomic collaborations between Mediterranean countries, Japan and the USA.
