Yair is a chef with wide experience in industry and food service applications. His experience spans celebrated three Michelin starred establishments in Paris (such as “Le Grand Véfour”, “Laserre” and Pierre Garnier) to consulting for leading food producers, publishing award-winning cookbooks, and spearheading international gastronomic collaborations between Mediterranean countries, Japan and the USA.
