Dr. Philipp Lottes has been active in Machine Learning, AI, and Computer Vision for agriculture for over a decade, starting as a researcher and transitioning into entrepreneurship. He founded Pheno-Inspect GmbH in 2020 while completing his postdoctoral research. With additional background in Surveying Engineering and Geoinformation, his company focuses on advanced Computer Vision and AI for the agricultural sector, developing products and services that enable users with limited drone expertise to deploy cutting-edge technology at the push of a button for digital phenotyping and crop monitoring workflows.
