As Lead of Insights, Innovation and Partnerships, Benoit leads the Bayer Crop Science effort to define and implement open innovation strategies powering all Bayer internal technological platforms and building an innovative Ag solutions pipeline.
He serves as a Senior Vice President and is a member of the global R&D Leadership Team at Bayer Crop Science. His 30 years of experience with Bayer includes leading teams involved in the development and commercialization of fungicides, insecticides and nutrient use efficiency solutions for horticulture and row crops, and he most recently headed the company’s global fungicide research activities.
