Chiara Molena is Co-Founder and CCO at EDERA Lab, where she leads brand, positioning, and commercial strategy for deep tech and AgriFood companies. With over 15 years of international experience, she specialises in translating complex technologies into commercially credible growth strategies.
Prior to EDERA Lab, she led the EMEA marketing function at Champion Petfoods and contributed to the company’s acquisition by Mars in 2022. She also teaches marketing and entrepreneurship at IE Business School.
