From Enzymotec, to Frutarom and IFF, she’s held senior leadership roles and has a deep background scouting technologies, guiding product development, managing innovation and commercialization, and much more. Along the way, leveraging innovative new products and driving growth in both established and emerging markets.
Gali Artzi is currently a VC Partner & CTO at PeakBridge, where she leads scientific and technical due diligence, supports portfolio companies in scaling from lab to market, and plays a key role in shaping investment strategies in science-based innovation.
Previously, she led global R&D, clinical, and innovation teams across both start-ups and large corporates. Her experience includes working on FDA-related processes, engaging with payers, and delivering cross-functional product launches.
