Dr. Eyal Afergan is Co-Founder and CEO of Imagindairy, where he leads the development of animal-free dairy proteins through advanced biotechnology. He brings extensive experience across biotechnology, foodtech, ingredient innovation, and global commercialization.
Before founding Imagindairy, Eyal served as VP of Business Development at Algatech and held senior global product and marketing roles at Enzymotec, leading growth strategies in dietary supplements, microalgae-derived ingredients, and international markets. He holds a PhD in Pharmaceutics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a BSc in Biochemical Engineering from the Technion.
