With over a decade of experience in industrial automation, including robotics coordination in a multinational automotive environment, he brings a strong industrial engineering mindset to agriculture. Iván applies Lean Manufacturing and process engineering principles to controlled-environment farming with the objective of achieving operational efficiency and economic viability at industrial scale.
At Néboda Farms, his work focuses on scaling validated unit economics into industrial reality, positioning the company to become one of the first vertical farming.
