Dr. Judith van der Horst – Graat is passionate about finding common goals and language that bridge people and organizations in Food & Health. She started her career in Food & Health over 25 years ago with a PhD. She took several managerial and director roles in corporates like Mars and Danone Nutricia, as well as in CRO departments of Wageningen University & Research. She also held the position of theme director Food & Health at Topsector AgriFood.
Judith is appreciated as a visionary, innovator, and practice leader in the Food & Health domain. Since three years, she is leading the Food & Health innovation field at Foodvalley NL: an independent practice leader, driving collective action with frontrunners across sectors and countries. The result: viable businesses and new healthy sustainable sectors.
