Nicolas Weber is Co-founder and CEO of Voltiris, a Swiss cleantech scaleup pioneering spectral-filtering solar technology for greenhouse horticulture. Voltiris enables growers to produce renewable electricity inside their greenhouses without compromising, and in many cases improving, crop yields. The company operates an Energy-as-a-Service model with 20+ installations across Europe and Asia, and has raised over 15M CHF including backing from the Swiss Confederation and a strategic partnership with 3M.
Nicolas leads commercial development, partnerships, and fundraising across the Netherlands, Japan, Korea, North America, Brazil, and the Middle East. Before founding Voltiris in 2022, he spent five years at BCG and BCG Digital Ventures. He holds degrees from HEC Lausanne and the London School of Economics
