Omer Faruk is Founder & CEO of MOVE ON. He pursued studies in computer engineering and earned his master’s degree. For his undergraduate and master’s theses, he focused on Agricultural Artificial Intelligence Software, specializing in the application of artificial intelligence and computer vision technologies in agriculture. During his academic journey and beyond, he worked in the entrepreneurship ecosystem to gain hands-on experience, ultimately realizing his goal of founding his own company. Today, he leads the team at MOVE ON that develops AI-powered agricultural mobility solutions, particularly in autonomy. Through these efforts, he has contributed to 10 patents and published one academic paper. In addition, he hosts Filizlenen Girişimler, a program on AgroTV and Webagron showcasing startups focused on agriculture, food, and sustainability. He is also an active member of the ClimateLab community of the Technology Development Foundation of Turkey.
