Paloma Montull Hormigo is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at INES OPTICS S.L. With a background in Industrial Design Engineering and Product Development, complemented by a Master’s degree in Smart Cities and an MBA, she brings a strong combination of technical and business expertise.
In her role, she oversees the full opportunity lifecycle, from business development and project management to execution and post-sales. She is known for her cross-functional approach and her ability to align operations with strategic growth, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization
