Tim Rajakumar is a physician-scientist and product builder working at the intersection of clinical medicine, diagnostics, and applied AI. He co-founded peau.ai, where they use computer vision, ingredient science, and skin microbiome data to match people with products that truly fit their skin. Previously, Tim served as Medical Director at Hummingbird Diagnostics, developing liquid biopsy assays using microRNA biomarkers.
Tim trained clinically as an Academic Foundation Doctor at Oxford University Hospitals and completed a DPhil at Oxford (WIMM, Fulga Lab), focused on RNA/functional genomics. He enjoys turning rigorous science into useful products, working in cross-functional teams, and navigating the path from research signal to real-world impact.
