Valdemar Engel is a Senior Investment Associate at the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO), where he focuses on venture investments in Greentech startups driving the green transition. He serves on multiple boards across EIFO’s portfolio and is passionate about supporting ambitious founders on their entrepreneurial journeys.
With a strong background in venture capital and early-stage innovation, Valdemar specializes in scaling climate-focused technologies. He holds an MSc in Innovation and Business Development from Aarhus University (Denmark) and a BSc in Economics from Hanover College (USA).
