Tickets
• Prices shown are excluding 21% VAT
• Tickets must be paid in full and on time. Payment on arrival is not available.
• Tickets can be paid with IDEAL | Wero, Paypal or VISA / Mastercard credit card.
• A ticket is personal and must be used exclusively by the registered individual for the duration of the summit.
• F&A Next reserves the right to cancel tickets or deny access to the summit if tickets are obtained in violation of these terms.

Cancellation Policy
• A substitute delegate may attend at no additional cost. Please provide the substitute’s name, title, and contact details at least 7 days before the summit.
• Cancellations of Early Bird tickets are non-refundable.
• Cancellations received up to one month before the summit are eligible for an 80% refund.
• Cancellations made less than one month before the summit, or in the case of a no-show, are non-refundable.
• In the event of a Force Majeure causing any breach, omission, delay, or inability to hold the summit, no refunds will be issued. A “Force Majeure Event” is defined as any occurrence, obstacle, or circumstance affecting F&A Next that: (i) is beyond its reasonable control; (ii) could not have been reasonably avoided or mitigated without excessive expense or delay; and (iii) was not reasonably foreseeable by F&A Next.

Governing law
• These Terms shall be governed by Dutch laws.
