Charlotte is an experienced sustainability and business professional, deeply committed to work that delivers a positive and lasting impact on people’s lives, communities and the environment. With extensive advisory experience working with private sector, government and non-profit organizations, Charlotte is experienced in shaping business strategy and building strong corporate governance to support the effective oversight and delivery of social and environmental commitments.
Charlotte is passionate about the development of resilient food and farming systems. She sits on The Earthshot Prize Expert Advisory Panel, and is a member of the Development Committee for the Royal Countryside Fund, supporting farm businesses and rural communities.
From December 2021 to December 2023, Charlotte was seconded from EY to the Sustainable Markets Initiative, joining the Executive Team as Chief Governance and Reporting Officer, working with a network of 200+ global CEOs and 20 Task Forces driving action and impact across a range of high focus sustainability areas including Agribusiness and Natural Capital Investment.
