Kat Stennett is Co-Founder and CEO of myota, a UK-based company on a mission to improve healthy lifespan by getting fibre back into our food. myota develops clinically proven, patent-protected prebiotic fibre blends that optimise gut, metabolic and cognitive health by accounting for microbiome variability in people.
Kat has spent the past decade working across startups and scaleups, both as a founder and early-stage operator, helping businesses scale from Seed stage through to Series D. Prior to founding myota, she worked closely with European healthcare providers as Business Development Director at Kry, one of Europe’s largest telemedicine companies, and spent some time as a Trader in Investment Banking.
Kat holds an undergraduate degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Warwick, and an MBA from London Business School.
