Michiel Croes is a patent attorney in training at EP&C Patent Attorneys. He advises his clients on how they can optimally protect their intellectual property rights, in particular in the field of Life Sciences.
Michiel specializes in patent law, patent prosecution, patent strategy and patent litigation, but also regularly gives lectures and workshops on IP strategy.
As an academic researcher before joining EP&C, Michiel got to know the world of academic researchers, startups, and financial backers from an inventor’s perspective. Now, he is immersing himself in the work of a protector. He likes to take clients through the process that he himself knows so well from both sides.
