Ziv leads ICL OPEN, through which ICL explores novel technologies by collaborating with startups and academic partners in the proof-of-concept stage. Ziv is a founding member of ICL’s Open Innovation program, launched in 2012.
Other roles in ICL include overseeing ICL’s R&D governance, managing the field of precision ag, and leading various innovation initiatives. Ziv holds a Bsc in Economics and Mathematics and an MBA.
