Featuring case studies from three leading companies within the Foodvalley network, we will explore successful models of collaborative innovation that have leveraged shared facilities for agtech, foodtech, and food production scaling.

The discussions will cover the challenges and opportunities of accessing large corporation resources and knowledge institutions, and how these can be navigated to foster sustainable food production advancements, especially in areas such as plant-based protein and fermentation technologies.
